1. Center Facilitation Fee Refunds
If a requested service cannot be initiated by our operators due to technical failure on our end or unavailable service slots prior to application submission, the center facilitation charge is 100% refundable.
2. Non-Refundable Statutory Government Fees
Once an application has been processed and official statutory fees (challan, UIDAI fee, Passport fee, NSDL charge, Court stamp) have been remitted to the respective government treasury, the government fee cannot be recalled or refunded by Digital Seva Kendra.
3. Rejection by Government Authorities
If an application is rejected by the government department due to applicant ineligibility, forged documentation, or failure to appear for biometric verification/police inquiry, our center facilitation fee for the processed service will not be refunded.
